TheSyrian Security Releases a Resident of Al Aedein Camp in Homs and Arrests 4 Others

Syrian security forces in Homs arrested four Palestinian refugees from Al Aedein camp and released another refugee, where Ayman Khattab "Abu Mohammed" was arrested on 17.07.2016.  According to the AGPS correspondent, Khattab is a former officer in the Preventive Security Council of the Palestinian Authority, and he was arrested for the second time, as he was led to the main checkpoint of the camp's entrance near the eastern district (Damascus road), noting that he is in the beginning of sixties, and originally from Ein Alzaytoun village in Palestine.

On 24/07/2016, the refugees Mohammed Ziad Ayoub, known as Abu Ziad, in his forties, and originally from Al Jish village in Palestine, was arrested while in the Immigration Headquarters in Homs, and the refugee Ahmed Mahmoud Abu Orabi, in his thirties, and originally from Sabbarin village in Palestine, was also arrested at the University checkpoint.

Syrian security forces also arrested the Palestinian refugee Mahdi Mahmoud Taha on 08.02.2016, after he was led to Internet cafe in the camp to perform electrical maintenance, where he was arrested by members of the military forces who were waiting for him inside the shop. Mehdi Mahmoud Taha is one of the works in the Electricity emergency Office in the camp; he is in his thirties, and originally from the village of Ein Elzaytoun in Palestine.

Syrian security released the young man, "Ibrahim Adel Kayed," on 04.07.2016 after he was detained for more than fifty days; he is in his thirties, and originally from Alsefsaf village in Palestine.
