ISIS Imposes Siege on Residents of Alqatena in the Yarmok Camp

On the other side, it was reported from besieged Yarmok camp, that ISIS imposes siege on the civilians living in areas under the control of the "Fath-Sham" in the Rijh area and Ain Ghazal and Haifa Streets, preventing food and basic services on them, after a decision by the organization last Friday morning in an attempt to put pressure on the faction -Nusra-  to leave the camp.

More than 50 civilian families live in the area, in addition to the fighters families – Fath-sham fighters- while teachers are allowed to get in and out the camp.

The people of Ain Ghazal neighborhood and areas under the control of Fath-Sham (Nusra) party in the Yarmouk refugee camp, warned of the consequences of the blockade imposed by - ISIS, which result in victims and lack of food due to the arbitrary actions against them.

It is worth mentioning that the regular army and groups of the General Command impose a blockade on the Yarmouk refugee camp for 1147 days respectively, power outages for more than (1208) days, and water outages for (697) days respectively, while (187) were died because of the siege, hunger, lack of care medical, and preventing food and medical supplies to the besieged residents in the camp.
