The Palestinian young man Rafeeq Tawfiq Afifi died due to his participation in the fighting in Syria. Al Jalil Forces, one of the regime forces, said that Afifi is one of its members and died during performing his national duty. Earlier Al Jalil forces declared its participation in the battles of Tadmor, Aleppo, Deir Al Zoor, and Al Reqa, where a number of its members died due to their participation in fighting beside the Syrian Regular Army in Al Tabaqa Airport and Deir Al Zoor battles.
Al Jalil Brigade is considered the military wing for Al Awda Youth Movement, a military formation that fights beside the Syrian Regime and it is been led by a young man called Fady Al Mallah from Khan Danun camp. It works to recruit the youth of Khan Danun and the camps controlled by the regime through offering money and achieving all their needs.
It is referred that a number of Palestinian factions are fighting beside the Syrian Regime by forming military groups to fight beside the Regime, distributed inside and around the Palestinian Camps and sometimes they participate in fighting in the battles to support the Syrian Regime.
