Targeting Daraa Camp and Daraa Town Neighborhood with Mortar Shells and Rockets

Daraa camp for Palestinian refugees southern Syria was exposed to bombing with a number of mortar shells that targeted separate areas in the camp and only led to material damages. However, Daraa town and neighborhoods were exposed to rockets during the last days, where A "Fil" rocket was targeted the camp which spread panic amongst the residents and resulted in damages some houses.

It is referred that all the displaced Palestinian families from Daraa camp live now in the town area and Al Sad Road neighborhood. The refugees suffer of difficult living and security situation, where the remaining refugees of Daraa camp are suffering of dangerous humanitarian situation specially in the health and living aspects and the continuous water cut for 856 days in addition to the frequent clashes inside the camp that resulted in “according to unofficial statistics” damaging about 70% of its buildings and victims.
