The AGPS: 91 Palestinian Refugees Died Due to Torture in Syria.

The documentation and monitoring team of the AGPS revealed that 291 Palestinian refugees were killed due to torture since the beginning of the conflict in Syria. The group indicated that, during 2014, 87 Palestinian refugees died due to torture, including 28 victims from Yarmouk camp, 12 victims from different areas in Damascus suburb, 11 victims from Damascus city, 10 victims from Al Aedein camp in Homs, 7 victims from Khan Al Shieh camp, 5 victims from Khan Dannon camp, 2 victims from Al Husseneia camp, 2 victims from Al Raml camp in Lathakeia, 1 victim from Handarat camp in Aleppo, 1 victim from Sbeina camp, 1 victim from Al Sayeda Zainab camp, and 7 victims from different areas in Syria.

On 2014, the AGPS documented the names of 156 Palestinian refugees who  were killed due to torture, including 66 refugees from Yarmouk camp, 13 refugees from Damascus city, 11 refugees from Al Aedein camp in Homs, 9 refugees from Al Nairab camp, 8 refugees from Khan Al Shieh camp, 6 refugees from different areas at Damascus suburb, 4 refugees from Daraa camp, 4 refugees from Al Raml camp in Lathakeia, 2 refugees from Husseniea camp, 2 refugees from Al Sayeda Zainab camp, 2 refugees from Al Aedein camp in Hama, 2 refugees from Handarat camp, 1 refugee from Khan Dannon camp, and 26 refugees from different areas in Syria.

The AGPS clarified that most of the victims' corpse were not delivered to their families, they only contact with them to inform them about the death of the victim, preventing them of asking about his body.
