Palestinian activists reported that the pro-regime Alquds Brigades is not belonging to the Palestinian structure, and does not represent any camp or segment of the Palestinian community. The activists and a number of residents of Neirab camp in Aleppo confirmed that the number of Palestinian refugees who are fighting alongside Al-Quds brigades is less than 500 fighters, equivalent to 14% of its fighters, who are estimated with more than 3500 member, according to unofficial statistics.
The activists noted that the pro-regime brigade contains fighters from Aleppo city and its western and eastern suburb, Alshabah Alaswad brigade, Alqumsan Alsoud, and other fighters from other areas inn Syria, in addition to Palestinian refugees from Neirab and Handarat camps in Aleppo and Alraml camp in Lathakeia.
According to unofficial estimates, the number of victims among Al Quds brigades is nearly 500 fighters from different areas in Syria.
It is referred that AL Quds Brigade in Al Nairab camp threats every young man who is reported or accused as being against the regime, where they arrest them or deal with them from security prospective of forcing them to join their brigade. It is noted that they arrested a lot of people from the camp under different pretexts.
