The AGPS documentation and monitoring team documented 223 detainees from Al Aedein camp in Homs who are detained in the Syrian prisons since the beginning of the ongoing conflict.
The AGPS revealed that the 223 detainees include 213 men and 10 women who are unaccounted for till today.
The AGPS believes that the number of detainees is much bigger due to the absence of any official statistics issued by the Syrian regime, in addition to the fear of their families from the reaction of the Syrian security forces.
