Jaramana camp residents, which is 8 Km far from Damascus and located on the road to Damascus International Airport, complain of the unavailability of infrastructure such as wastewater services which increased their crises.
They also suffer of the power and water cut all over the camp for long periods daily in addition to the crowdedness of the camp due to the big displacement movement from the Palestinian camps in Damascus, specially Yarmouk, Al Husayneyya and Al Sbeina camps after the war events that affected their camps. The residents of the camp are still suffering from the increased economic crises, which is emphasized in high rents and the high demand on houses that prompted the residents to live under tightened situation in addition to the high rate of unemployment.
