The AGPS documentation and Monitoring team documented the data of 3312 victims from the Palestinians of Syria refugees who died since the beginning of the war in Syria in 2011 due to direct reasons; such as bombing, clashes, torture in the prisons, bombardment, and siege and indirect reasons; such as sinking while trying to reach Europe through death boats. AGPS referred that the 3312 were distributed according to years as follows: 85 refugees died in 2011, 776 died in 2012, in 2013 the biggest number of victims among the Palestinians of Syria refugees, where it reached 1015 victims in 2013 , in 2014 724 victims, 2015 502 victims and till July 2016 200 victims.
