Activists and a number of residents from Khan Danoun, Al Sayeda Zainab and Jaramana camps accused associations and groups affiliated with Iran of attracting the youth and recruiting them to fight besides the Syrian regime with monthly salaries. The activist added that those groups will appear working under Palestinian names for the Palestine issue but they will fight besides the regime.
They accused local personalities in those camps of bringing the young youth to Al Husayneyyat, a place where they do religious traditions for the She’i muslims, as to recruit them to fight against the Opposition in the fronts.
The activists see that those associations and groups have increasingly gained popularity among the camps’ residents coincided with the lack of financial resources, the high rate of unemployment and the bad situation, which prompted the youth to belong to them.
It is referred that many of those affiliated groups are active inside the Palestinian camps, which are still under the control of the Syrian Regime, and they recruit youth under the slogans of liberating Palestine and protecting the camps. It is noted that Al Quds brigade in Al Nairab camp in Aleppo, Al Raml camp in Lathekia, and Palestinian factions such as PFGC, Fath Al Intifada and Al Saeqa all of those mentioned groups are fighting against the Opposition and dozens of Palestinian refugees fighting besides the regime died due to clashes against the Opposition in Syria.
