The AGPS monitoring and documentation team announced that 12 Palestinian refugees died during August 2016, including 5 refugees due to a bullet and 4 other due to bombing and 2 refugees died due to torture in the Syrian prisons, and a refugee died by a sniper.
AGPS referred that the Palestinian victims, who died during August 2016, were distributed due to the place of death as: in Khan Al Sheih 3 Refugees, in Daraa 4 refugees, in Eastern Ghuta two refugees, in Handarat Camp one refugee and two refugees died in separate areas. It is mentioned that the number of refugees who died due to the ongoing war in Syria reached 3322 refugees, according to AGPS documentation.
