The Palestinian refugee "Amer Hasan AL Masri", was born in 1969 and died due to lack of medical care in the besieged Yarmouk Camp, after he had burns that led to dehydration then a kidney failure.
It is noted that Palestine hospital is the only remaining hospital in the Yarmouk camp and works with its minimum capacity due to the lack of medical supplies, tools and medicines, and the severe shortages of medical specialist crews. Coincided with electricity cut "the backbone of operating the hospital", as well as water cut, due to the continuation of the Palestinian Groups and the Syrian Army's siege for 573 days respectively, which to 164 victims; their names are documented at the AGPS.
