Monitoring and documentation team of the AGPS documented until today more than (3332) Palestinian Syrians who died because of the war in Syria.
(1103) refugees died due to shelling, (783) refugees died because of mutual clashes between the regular army and the Syrian armed opposition groups, while (449) refugees died due to torture in the regime’s prisons and detention centers.
