The AGPS monitoring and documentation team documented nearly 12 victims who died during August 2016, while 50 s refugee died in the same month in 2015 as a result of the continuing conflict in Syria. The AGPS noted that victims who died in August 2016 were dispersed by the Syrian cities as follows: 3 refugees in Khan Al Shieh camp, 4 refugees in Daraa, two refugees in the eastern Ghouta, one refugee died at the entrance of Handarat camp, and two refugees died in different places.
The AGPS pointed out that the "50" victims who were killed in August 2015 dispersed by the Syrian cities as follows: 6 refugees in Damascus, 10 refugees in Damascus suburb, 12 refugees in Daraa, 2 refugees in the Lebanese city of Sidon, one refugee in Swaidaa, one refugee in Idlib, and 17 refugees were killed in scattered areas.
