70% of Buildings in Handarat and Sbeina Camps and 40% of Yarmouk’s Buildings Are Destroyed

In the south of Syria, estimates indicated that more than 70% of buildings in Handarat camp are almost completely and partially destroyed due to missiles and explosive barrels under the pretext of targeting the armed opposition groups.

In the Yarmouk camp south of the capital Damascus, almost 40% of its buildings were partially and completely destroyed due to the war machine, where eye witnesses confirmed that the entrance of the camp is the most affected area for being a confrontation line among the Syrian regime and the armed opposition groups.

It should be noted that the other Palestinian camps and compounds was also targeted with explosive barrels, artillery shells, and missiles, which resulted in severe destruction in houses, in addition to victims among children and women.

on the other hand, the Jordanian and Turkish authorities continue to prevent the entry of Palestinian refugees from Syria to their territories despite all international conventions stated that all neighboring countries are obligated to receive the displaced people from war zone ad not to hinder their movement.
