The people of Jaramana refugee camp in Damascus appealed the officials of the camp's services to solve the drainage problems, which worsened significantly and prevented the residents of movement. It is noting that the camp is witnessing large overcrowding due to the large displacement of the Palestinian camps in Damascus, especially the Yarmouk, Husseiniya, and Sbiena camps after the events of the war, which affected their camps. The camp is also suffering of crises, most notably the high prices of house rent and increased demand, prompting the residents to live in stifling conditions.
As well as the high unemployment rates at a time that the aid, provided by charities and UNRWA, is very little which the residents complain that it covers only a few of their needs.
