"Abd Al Salam Ali Al Abeid" Palestinian refugee from Al Hujaira area in Damascus countryside and a ranked member of the Palestinian liberation army.
He was killed during the unstoppable confrontations between the Syrian regime forces on the one hand and the armed opposition groups on the other hand in Deir ez-Zor city in the east of Syria. The number of Palestinian liberation army victims' has reached (187) according to the Group's statistics, (21) of them were killed in September 2016.
It's important to mention that General " Tarek Al Khadra' " the Chief of Staff of the Palestinian liberation army confirmed that the liberation army is fighting alongside the Syrian army since the beginning of war in syria. It's fighting in more than 15 sites in Daraa country sides, Al- Suwayda and Damascus. Including Al-Zabadani ,Adra, Al Malihah , Joubar, Moadamieh, Darya and Tal-Kurdi. Considering that Palestinian refugees in Syria are obliged the military service for the Palestinian liberation army and whoever disobeys its orders will be arrested. Many of its soldiers had defected to it joining the opposition groups fighting the Syrian regime.
