"Mohamed Ibraheem Daghaim "a Palestinian refugee from Handrat and a member of the pro-Syrian regime "AL Quds brigade", was shot by armed opposition groups during military operations with the regime in Aleppo.
It's good to remind that Al Quds brigade consists three battalions, armed with light, medium and heavy weapons. According to uncertain resources, it includes more than (3500) members and Palestinian refugees from Neirab, Handart and Al Raml camps. It also contains fighters from Aleppo and its north west countryside, the "Black Ghost" and "Black Shirts" battalions. The number of Palestinian fighters in Al Quds brigade is estimated with less than 500 fighters.
