In the south of Damascus ISIS allowed the citizens of Al-Rejah Square, which is under the control of Jabhat Fateh al-Sham (was known as Al Nosra Front), to deliver some foodstuffs to the besieged areas. Each person has a share of 2.5 Kg.

It's worth mentioning that ISIS Imposes a blockade on Al-Rejah and its surroundings, Ain Ghazal and Haifa St. in Yarmouk after closing the only barrier that joined the area of "Jabhat Fateh al-Sham". Moreover, delivering foodstuffs was also forbidden except for rare conditions, in order to force the rest of Al Nosra Front members to surrender or to leave.
