From time to time there are fierce clashes between Syrian regime and armed opposition groups in the surrounding farms of Khan Dannoun. High tension among people in Alderkhbayh and Almquilibh areas because of the sounds of bullets and artillery shells.
Some news reported that some fighters from Khan Dannoun, who are affiliates to the Syrian regime, are spreading in the camp to secure it.
It should be noted that people of Khan Dannoun suffer from lack of relief services especially they live in difficult economic conditions. There aren't any charities or civil work committees inside the camp because of arrests and security restrictions. Khan Dannoun considered as the poorest Palestinian camp among others in Syria; its people depend on UNRWA's relief aids which are distributed from time to time.
