According to AGPS statistics, the number of Palestinian liberation army victims has reached 188 and 21 of them were killed in September.
It worth mentioning that Palestinian refugees in Syria are obliged to join the military services for the Palestinian liberation army and whoever disobeys its orders will be arrested. Many of its soldiers had defected it joining the opposition groups against the Syrian regime.
