Reporting from Damascus rural areas, an AGPS field correspondent said the Syrian regime struck, at predawn time on Saturday, Khan Al-Shih’s eastern quarters with two mortar shells fired from the Al-Kabousiya Hill military outpost. Remarkable material damage was inflicted on the area. The regime warplanes further targeted the outer edges of Khan Al-Shih with a round of airstrikes.
