Shelling rocks outer edges of Khan Al-Shih Camp; Alarms sounded over looming humanitarian crisis

A round of missiles and artillery shells were slammed into the outer edges of Khan Al-Shih Camp and its surrounding ranches on Tuesday, inflicting heavy material damage across the area.

Khan Al-Shih Camp has run out of basic food items and life-saving medicines due to the tight blockade slapped by the Syrian regime troops for over 33 days running.

Local activists warned of an imminent health crisis to rock the camp, sheltering nearly 12,000 civilians, including 3,000 children, due to the acute dearth in bread, flour, children’s milk, and medical kit.
