AGPS quoted an ex-detainee as stating that he met the Palestinian refugee Sami Ahmad Omar Al-Besharat, from the Fourth Armored Division of the Syrian Army, in Syrian intelligence lock-ups a couple of months ago.
A father of a little kid, Eng. Al-Besharat was arrested in January 2013.
