Palestinian refugee Ali Mohamed Hamouda has been locked up in Syrian government prisons for over three years.
Ali, a native of the occupied Palestinian city of Haifa, was kidnapped on March 1, 2013, on his way out from Al-Shaghour area to Jaramana in Damascus.
According to AGPS data, 1,133 Palestinians have been incarcerated in Syrian lock-ups, including 80 female refugees who have had mysterious fates.
