AGPS on-the-spot reporter warned of the exacerbating living conditions endured by Palestinian refugees in Khan Al-Sheih Camp, in western Rural Damascus, due to the unremitting onslaughts and the tough blockade imposed by the government forces on the main access roads out of and into the area.
Refugees have not only run out of urgently-needed items and bereaved of most humanitarian services; they have also been grappling with chronic power and water outages.
Activists appealed for supplying the camp with fuel and firewood, among other needed items, with the advent of a wintry weather.
A deal recently struck between the government forces and the opposition outfits led to the deportation of over 2,000 civilians from Khan Al-Sheih Camp, initially housing about 12,000 refugees, including 3,000 children.
