Government Battalions Step up Abrupt Searches in Khan Al-Sheih Camp

Reporting from Khan Al-Sheih Camp, AGPS field correspondent said the government battalions stepped up arbitrary searches against Palestinian refugees.

Those aged below 50 are subjected to intensive identity inspection by the government troops.

The campaign reportedly makes part of the army’s intent to garner conscripts for the Palestine Liberation Army (PLA), among other pro-government battalions.

Some 250 Palestinian youngsters will be forcibly enlisted for military conscription at the PLA.
