Youngster Mohamed Mansour Al-Ahmad, from the pro-government Return Youth Movement (RYM) died as he fought alongside the regime army in Al-Jafra area, in Deir Al-Zor suburbs, to the northeast of Syria.
RYM’s armed wing, Al-Jaleel Battalion, confirmed their involvement in deadly battles in Tadmur, Aleppo, Deir Al-Zor, and Al-Riqa.
The death toll of Palestinians killed in the raging warfare has hit 3,405.
