AGPS news reporter said the pro-government Liwa Al-Quds battalion forced three Palestinian families from the Al-Neirab Camp for Palestinian refugees, in Aleppo, in the first such move since the outburst of hostilities in Syria.
The families were reportedly deported from the camp on claims that they had been taking shelter in opposition-led areas.
Recently, Liwa Al-Quds leader Adnan Al-Sayid ordered Palestinian families to retreat from the camp to the eastern Aleppo neighborhood of Jibreen.
Around 500 fighters, out of a total of 3,500 fighters enlisted at the non-Palestinian Liwa Al-Quds Brigade, have been identified as Palestinians who previously sought refuge in such shelter as Al-Neirab, Handarat, and Al-Raml. Fighters from Aleppo city and its northern and western suburbs along with so-called Shabah Al-Aswad combatants have also been fighting alongside the Al-Neirab-headquarted battalion.
