Palestinian refugee Abdul Rahman Al-Sukri, a resident of Yarmouk, succumbed to his wounds, which he sustained a couple of days ago after he was shot by an ISIS sniper near Yalda town.
According to AGPS data, 300 Palestinian refugees were killed by sniper fire since the outburst of hostilities in Syria.
