6 Palestinians killed in war-torn Syrian since start of 2017

AGPS documented the death of six Palestinian refugees in Syria since the start of 2017 due to war-related incidents.

AGPS news correspondent identified the casualties as Deraa resident Yasmeen Abdullah Daoud, killed in Beir Al-Kasab area, in northeastern Al-Suweidaa province, near Damascus borders, while on her way to Syria’s northern city of Al-Riqa.

Palestinian refugee Abdul Rahman Al-Sukri, a resident of Yarmouk, succumbed to bullet wounds inflicted by an ISIS sniper. Al-Sukri breathed his last on the outskirts of Yalda town, adjacent to Yarmouk.

Meanwhile, Palestinian nurse Ibrahim Ali Al-Sheikh Tayeh, housed in Tel Shehab, died in a wildfire that broke out at a local hospital in Tel Shehab town, in Deraa’s western suburbs.

Palestinian refugee Wissan Mahmoud Al-Shehabi, from the pro-government Palestine Liberation Army (PLA), was killed in bloody clashes with the opposition outfits in Mahaja village, in Deraa’s northern suburbs.

PLA fighter Khaled Mohamed Dhaher died in clashes with the government forces and opposition battalions in Eastern Al-Ghouta.

AGPS identified the sixth casualty as Adnan Mohamed Khalil, killed in clashes between the pro-regime National Defense troops and armed forces in Yarmouk shelter.
