The Second Swedish Aid Convoy is due to arrive in the Yarmouk Camp in mid-February, laden with food parcels and other humanitarian needs.
Khaled Al-Yousef, an official in charge of the convoy, stated on Wednesday that the move aims to alleviate the humanitarian crises endured by the Palestinian and Syrian families.
Around 2,000 food parcels were distributed to displaced families in Yalda, Al-Ramadan, and Jaramana shelters by the first Swedish aid convoy that arrived in Syria in early April 2016.
The convoy comes as part of the national and international endeavors made to help the needy in war-torn areas.
