Palestinian resident of the Aleppo-based Al-Neirab Camp, Mahmoud Haninou, has been incarcerated in Syrian government prisons for over a couple of years.
Despite difficulties and hindrances in the documentarian process, AGPS kept record of the internment of 1,153 Palestinian refugees, including 83 women, in Syrian government penitentiaries. The detainees’ names and locations are available on the group’s website, both in English and in Arabic.
