Two conscripts of the PLA died during the ongoing war in Syria; they are, Mohammed Saif Al Dien and Husam Sweed 20 years, raising the victims toll to 105 that were documented by the AGPS, most of them died due to military works in Damascus Suburb. It is mentioned that hundreds of Palestinian youth refuse to serve in the obligatory army service for fear of being involved in the ongoing conflict in Syria, where most of them were obliged to leave Syria for fear of being arrest.
