Residents of Khan AlSheih Appeal for Safe Access to Their Homes

The Committee of Khan AlSheih Residents in Rif Dimashq on Wednesday met with the secretariat of the Palestinian Resistance Coalition over the situation in Khan AlSheih Camp.

The Committee of Khan AlSheih Residents sounded the alarm over the tragic situation endured by civilians who were displaced from the camp. It further denounced the crackdowns ad intensive searches carried out at military checkpoints pitched on the main access roads to the shelter.

The committee called for securing civilians’ safe access out of and into the camp and for restoring free movement in the area. The committee stressed the arm-free nature of the camp.

The meeting culminated in pledges by the secretariat of the Palestinian Resistance Coalition to reach out to the concerned parties so as to work out the crisis.
