3 Palestinian Refugees Wounded in Deraa, AlSadd Road Struck with Barrel Bombs

Reporting from southern Syria, AGPS news correspondent said a number of Palestinian refugees sustained wounds in a round of violent clashes that flared up in Deraa and AlMenshiya neighborhood between the Syrian government forces and the opposition outfits.

The list of injured refugees included Nadim Hamdan, a resident of Deraa Camp for Palestinian refugees, in southern Syria.

Meanwhile, reports emerged on Friday on an onslaught by the government forces that targeted AlSadd Road, housing Palestinian families, with four barrel bombs. Heavy material damage was wrought by the offensive on civilian homes and structures.

Palestinian refugees in southern Syria, particularly in Deraa Camp, have been enduring dire conditions due to the security mayhem rocking the area. 70% of Deraa Camp buildings have been razed to the ground in the raging warfare.

AGPS documented the death of 364 Palestinian residents of Deraa province since the outbreak of hostilities in Syria.
