Palestinian resident of Deraa’s town of Jilin, Mohamed Ali Khalil, born in 1973, has been held in a Syrian government penitentiary for over four years.
Khalil was kidnapped on December 28, 2012 at the government-run AlDhahiya checkpoint pitched on Deraa-AlMuzeireeb Road.
