According to AGPS data, 19 Palestinians were killed in war-torn Syria in March 2017, up from 10 in March 2016.
Damascus topped the 2017 list with seven casualties, followed by Rif Dimashq and Aleppo, with four victims each. Three Palestinians were pronounced dead in Daraa and another died in an unidentified place.
As for the 2016 casualties, AGPS found out that four were killed in Rif Dimashq, three in Aleppo, one in Latakia, and two others in unidentified locations.
