Palestinian Refugee Abeida Darwish Held in Gov’t Lock-ups since 2013

Palestinian refugee Ubeida Ahmed Darwish, aged 18 and sheltered in AlAydeen Camp in Hums, has been held in Syrian government penitentiaries for nearly four years.

Darwish was arrested on May 3, 2013, by the government troops deployed at a checkpoint near Hums campus. His fate has been shrouded in mystery.
