A number of Palestinian refugees from AlQuds Brigade sustained wounds as they fought alongside the Syrian government forces in AlZahra, in Aleppo.
The list of injured refugees included Ahmed Badr, Hesham Abu Hassan, and Wassim Azzam.
Around 500 fighters, out of a total of 3,500 fighters enlisted at the non-Palestinian AlQuds Brigade, have been identified as Palestinians who previously sought refuge in such camps as AlNeirab, Handarat, and AlRaml. Fighters from Aleppo city and its northern and western suburbs, along with so-called Shabah AlAswad combatants, have also been fighting alongside the AlNeirab-headquarted battalion.
