Over 3,478 Palestinian Refugees from Syria Killed Due to War-Related Incidents

AGPS documented the death of 1,140 Palestinian refugees, 855 among whom in bloody hostilities between the regime army and the opposition outfits. 461 refugees also died under torture in Syrian government jails.
