Reporting from the area, AGPS news correspondent said ISIS militias have unblocked the access road out of and into western Yarmouk, allowing civilians to safely enter and leave zones controlled by ISIS and Fatah AlSham. Sometime earlier, food aids were delivered by the government forces to Fatah AlSham as part of a recently-struck five-town agreement.
AGPS reporter said civilians were only allowed to enter one loaf of bread per every family member and half a kilogram of foodstuff.
