Some 450 Palestinian families fled Jilin, in Daraa, south of Syria, for fear of being killed in ISIS massacres after ISIS-affiliated Khaled Ibn AlWalid battalion held sway over all buildings in the area and left a number of civilians dead since early April.
AGPS news correspondent said the displaced families, most of whom seeking shelter in Wadi al-Yarmouk, Zizon, and AlMuzeireeb, have gone homeless and run out of basic foodstuff.
