29-year-old Palestinian refugee Hussam Ali AlRefa’i, a resident of Yarmouk, has been held in Syrian penitentiaries for over three years. AlRefa’I was kidnapped by the regime troops on May 15, 2013.
AGPS documented the internment of 1,189 Palestinian refugees in Syrian government lock-ups, among whom 87 female refugees. 461 Palestinians were tortured to death in regime jails.
