Palestinians of Syria who are Trapped in Greece: Continuous Suffering and Miserable Humanitarian Conditions

Hundreds of Syrian refugees stranded in Greece are suffering from extremely harsh living conditions. They complain of medical negligence and lack of treatment and medicine. All roads between them and European countries have been closed. Those refugees have risked their lives to reach Greece from Turkish shores.

They have been forced to stay in temporary refugee camps in Greece under extremely harsh conditions, where refugees suffer from the lack of hygiene and basic services in their places of residence. Most of the dwellings are temporary dwellings or tents, in light of great spread of insects and poisonous reptiles such as scorpions and snakes.

The families appealed to all international and humanitarian organizations, the International Red Cross, and the Palestinian Embassy in Greece to intervene to end their tragedy.
