The two Palestinians “Zuhair Hussein Alkamel” and “Abdulkareim Muhannad Abdo” died while fighting in Syria. Al Jalil forces, one of the pro-Syrian regime military groups, said that they were killed while fighting in the villages of Hama and Deir al-Zour.
Al Jalil forces, the military wing of Shabab Alawda Movement, is considered as a military formation that fights alongside the Syrian Regime, while a number of the Palestinian factions have formed armed groups fighting alongside the Syrian regime, deployed in and around some Palestinian camps and sometimes engaged in battles in support of the regular army.
