The Syrian Regime continues to detain the Palestinian refugee Maher Darwish”Abu Amed”, in his thirties, from Al Aedin camp since 3rd of June 2015 because he didn’t join the army forces in the fighting fronts against the Opposition forces. It is noted that Maher is a member of one of the Regimes affiliated groups and he is originally from Safad in Palestine. It is mentioned that the AGPS documented the names of 187 detainees in the Syrian prisons from the citizens of Al Aedin Camp in Homs, where the total amount of the Palestinian detainees in the Syrian prisons since the beginning of the war reached 1602 detainees, who are their fate is still unknown.
