The Palestinian refugee "Mohamed Walid Mashour" was injured after being hit by a shell landed in Al Sarayan area of the Syrian city of Aleppo; he is a member of the so-called" Al Quds Brigades" fighting alongside the Syrian army in the war against the Syrian opposition groups .
Our correspondent reported that violent clashes also broke out at Aziza front near Al Nairab camp in Aleppo between the Syrian opposition groups and the Syrian army backed by "al-Quds Brigade."
