Palestinian refugee Faraj Hilweh, the father of two children, was tortured to death in Syrian government lock-ups after he was kidnapped in December 2012 in Harsata, in Rif Dimashq. The military police in Qaboun handed over his personal belongings to his family on April 18, 2013.
