Member of the Palestinian popular commission Abu Saleh Fatyan and civil defense chief in the camp Abu Quteiba were released by ISIS in southern Damascus after they were kidnapped a few days earlier.
Civilians stranded in Tahrir AlSham-run zones west of besieged Yarmouk, including in AlRija, Jadat, Ein Ghazal, Street 15, AlThalatheen Street have been enduring dire conditions. A tough cordon has also been imposed on the area by ISIS and the pro-regime forces for 1,413 days running.
